Important: Neither Discover Aviation! nor Bravo Zulu Aviation LLC are flight schools. We do not:
Provide flight instruction

Employ flight instructors
Issue pilot certificates or ratings
All flight training and discovery flights are conducted by independent certified flight instructors operating under Part 61 flight schools. We solely facilitate the connection between interested individuals and qualified aviation service providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings through our website. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make bookings on your behalf and agree to these Terms. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
When you submit a booking inquiry through our website:
You are requesting information about flight training or discovery flight services
We will facilitate communication between you and appropriate certified flight instructors or flight schools
Final booking confirmation, scheduling, and service delivery are handled directly by the flight service provider

Specific pricing or rates
All scheduling, availability, and pricing are determined by the individual flight instructors and flight schools.
All flight instructors and flight schools are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Discover Aviation! or Bravo Zulu Aviation LLC. We do not:
Control or supervise flight instruction
Set curriculum or training standards
Determine instructor qualifications beyond verifying certifications
Control aircraft maintenance or operations
Your agreement for flight training or discovery flights is directly with the flight instructor or flight school, not with us. You should:
Review all terms and conditions provided by the flight service provider
Verify instructor certifications and qualifications
Understand all costs and fees associated with flight services
Comply with all safety requirements and regulations
Any fees for our booking coordination or information services will be clearly disclosed and must be paid according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
Payment for actual flight training or discovery flights is made directly to the flight instructor or flight school according to their payment terms. We do not process payments for flight services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (not including amounts paid to third-party flight service providers) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party flight instructors or flight schools, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with them.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bravo Zulu Aviation LLC, Discover Aviation!, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
Your use of our website or services
Your violation of these Terms
Your participation in flight training or discovery flights
Your violation of any law or regulation
Your violation of any rights of another party
